Stas Organizer offers two billing models. The first is per registered user: every user account registered in your company is billed at the same rate, whether that person actively logs in or not. The second is per active and inactive user combined, used when the company owner wants every worker on record in the system but does not want every worker to have an app account. All workers are added to the platform either way so the system has complete data. Workers who use only the WhatsApp integration count as inactive users at the inactive rate, plus a separate monthly WhatsApp consumption charge based on actual messaging usage. The administrator sees current WhatsApp consumption in real time inside the dashboard. On the Professional plan this comes out to €12 per registered user per month, or €15 per active user plus €3 per inactive user per month when not everyone needs a full account.

No standard setup fees. Stas Organizer includes full onboarding support at no extra cost on every plan: video tutorials, written guides, dedicated problem-solving, and online meetings to walk your team through setup and answer specific questions during your trial and beyond. If you want a deeper hands-on rollout, every company can optionally request a quote for on-site integration. The Stas Organizer team comes to your address, trains every user in person, and integrates the platform directly into your existing workflows. Pricing for on-site integration depends on company size and the number of days required on location.

Yes, plans and worker counts are flexible. You can upgrade, downgrade, or add and remove workers at any time. Billing automatically pro-rates the difference for the current month. Construction is seasonal for many firms, so the platform is designed to scale with you whether you go from 12 to 80 workers for the summer or trim down for winter.

Yes. Annual billing saves roughly 15 percent compared to month-to-month, paid upfront. Mid-size and Enterprise plans get an additional volume discount as you add more workers. Ask the sales team for the exact pricing on annual contracts for your team size, especially if you run multiple construction sites at once.

Stas Organizer accepts bank transfer, credit and debit cards through our payment processor, and SEPA direct debit for European clients. Invoices are issued in EUR and include all VAT documentation required in Croatia and across the EU. Enterprise clients can request custom invoicing terms.

Your data is permanently stored on Microsoft Azure servers under enterprise-grade security and EU data residency. If you cancel, access to the platform is blocked at the end of your billing period. Stas Organizer can enable temporary access on request so you can extract any data you have not yet downloaded, including project records, daily reports, bills of quantities, documents, and historical exports. Once that extract window closes, your data is removed from active access in line with GDPR retention requirements.
